GO. Just GO to @kofukugurgaon because OMG. Lunch date with dem folksies was through the roof because the food was 🤌🤌🤌 Things we ate in pictorial order: ~ Tuna avocado salad YESS ~ Horenso Salad YESSS ~ Salmon Tataki nom ~ Wafu steak carpaccio OMFG YES ~ Salmon Teriyaki nom ~ Kakuni Pork which is a Nagasaki style pork belly stew that makes you feel like you've grown wings and floated yourself and your food baby gently to heaven. Basically it's really REALLY good pork belly I've had in a WHILE. ~ The OMG Sushi (needs no explanation. What the beginning of summer has been about - mostly me, but also a few other things of love. ~ #MeInMirrors ~ The Petrea Volubilis Saga IYKYK ~ Linens are out 🤌 ~ Some of my faves: books, @deepikaguleria, coffee (not in frame) & a coffee+bookshop ~ Over-sized white shirts in all different styles are welcome ~ Sometimes broken things make the whole picture more interesting ~ My right arm taking that rare break ~ I was either preparing myself mentally for the day ahead or was completely done with it already. My kweens...we ain't settling for anything that doesn't serve us anymore - work, habits, people & anything else you can think of ;) Release that shit a hundred times over if you have to because each time you do, you create more space for things that DO serve you to come into your life ✨ How do you release it? Literally speak it out. Make a ritual out of it - I did one this full moon 🌒 Breathe it out - breathwork really helps, make a list, burn it as you hold it up to the moon, just don't burn your fingers. The other kind of dance I like showing up for. Over & over again :) The 1st day of my birthday month got hijacked by mind numbing period pains but when i finally came to it and gathered my nervous system back together and sat with myself here's what came up. Message for the month is one of patience. Even though i like to believe that i am mostly a very patient person sometimes i do give into being in a hurry towards things that need to take their time to unfold. And my intention for this month is to keep inviting my shadow to show up and chill in bright light with me because that's just the work i happened to be indulging in right now. Like i said. The kind of dance i like to keep showing up for. But also, the dance of mama nature herself ❤️ 10 points if you understood even 10% of my caption.

~ C O F F E E L O V E R S ~ I've discovered a coffee flavoured toothpaste to make ALL your coffee dreams come true.
