Its my make believe world but besides that it actually does inspire me in so many ways – to take up personal projects that I never would have had time for before, experimenting with trends I would have never wandered near before, make-up tips and even huge motivation for fitness! Enough words – Pinterest is more about pictures so heres a little bit of my Pinterest to maybe get you hooked!

The Shopper’s Brigade & a Neon Necklace

I always try and dress in basics while going out shopping to make it easier to visualize how a certain garment or accessory will look with anything else in my closet. If I over-crowd myself with complex prints or patterns and silhouettes it gets tough for me to mix n match in my head. So I , by forceful habit now, stick to basics like a plain white tee, neutral bottoms and if I absolutely must indulge myself, I add a kooky accessory or shoes which can be removed instantly.

Make-up Diaries – Beauty Basics

I am definitely no pro when it comes to make-up but I have been lucky enough to have picked up on a few good tips, tricks and basics through the years. Sarting with my very first time with make-up, my 10th grade farewell party. A complete disaster make-up-wise no doubt. But after a week of shame I learnt to pick myself up and experiment some more.
Here just a quick roundup of the basic stuff that you’ll find in my case

I Dream of Shoes

Theres something about the beginning of summers…you want to completely change your wardrobe and shop ALL the time! Ofcourse you can’t leave shoes far behind.
Now I dont have a bank balance that can afford these shoes…or even one for that matter! But a girl can dream.
So here is a selection of shoes that im currently day dreaming about and obsessing over. It almost seems like a mirage in the sheer heat of the season though.

Fashmob – Lecoanet Hemant

It was a close gathering of fine people from the fashion fraternity and the employees of Lecoanet Hemant for the showcasing of their Summer 2012 Collection. People were mingling, sipping on wine, eating some cheese when all of a sudden, out of nowhere, quite like a ‘fLashmob’ but not quite either…women…wearing the new collection, walked into the foyer area. Women with real bodies and real faces and real personalities. Right from Lecoanet Hemant’s employees to designers, entrepreneurs and more, women from all walks of life showcased the collection in what was a brilliant and id say bold concept. I could see Hemant written all over this idea. And that is why I have so much respect for the guy.
