I was introduced to the power of breathwork on an ordinary Sunday in September 2022 which changed the course of my life and opened up my heart to abundance. Over time, it brought me back home to my body, gave me a sense of connection & purpose and strengthened my relationship with my intuition. I connected to my breath consciously and that helped me embrace all parts of me, with love. As I saw it transform my life, I felt called to help bring loving and safe transformation to my fellow humans as well. I am currently training with The Alchemy of Breath for their Breathwork Facilitator Certification that is one of the most comprehensive and widely accredited breathwork trainings worldwide.

What does a session with me look like?

We will begin with an introduction to the breathing technique and a short practice to get you familiar with it. Discussing possible outcomes, feelings and sensations that you may experience. Flow into a short guided meditation that will help you establish and heighten your mind-body connection and then flow into the breathwork session. I will be guiding you with my words and music. Both the meditation and the breathwork are conducted lying down. We close with grounding & integration and an open space for you to share if you’d like to.
A session with me can last anywhere between 1 to 2 hours.

How does it work?

It is based on the belief that the body wants to heal itself and it has everything it needs to be able to do this. Your body will always be working towards that state of balance, and by accessing this healing space within ourselves our awareness is brought to whatever needs to be resolved. That is why every session is so different.

So the breath acts as a bridge between the conscious and unconscious, between the mind, body and the spirit. By connecting with the breath we can tune into our deep intuition, which will always direct us to the outcomes that favour our growth and evolution.

Things to keep in mind:

~ Whatever comes up for you is the most important for you at this time. It is important to trust that you will experience only what your body is ready to explore so you must surrender to that innate wisdom of your body.
~ Each breathing session is unique so itโ€™s best to come with an open mind and not to have set expectations. Sometimes we may plan a theme around which we’d like to work but your subconscious mind will have a whole different journey it wants to take on. And that will always be in your highest good, for that present moment.
