An Evening with Favre Leuba

A fabulous evening with Favre Leuba last night where they celebrated the ‘Sky Chief’ Watch over an elaborate dinner at Indian Accent, conceptualised by the renowned Chef Manish Mehrotra where he married his expertise in food with the ‘Urban Adventure’ spirit that Favre Leuba posesses as a brand to create a beautiful menu for us. It featured an ‘Urban Adventure’ in the desert, sea, forest, mountain and snow, each showcased by a meticulously planned dish paired with an appropriate wine or beer. What a lovely affair! I’ll leave you with pics from the evening including all the dinner courses we got to have. A huge thank you to Favre Leuba, Magandeep and the entire team at Indian Accent that took such good care of us!

The Urban Adventure Begins – Chandi Chowk ‘puri aloo’, sweet pumpkin, pickle

Desert – ker sanger paneer, papad ki sanji

Sea – tellicherry pepper crab, sago stew

Forest – ‘kadaknath’ chattisgarh black chicken, fresh fenugreek potato rosti

Mountain – kashmiri chilli lamb ribs, walnut, saffron rice

Snow – absinthe creme caramel, coconut sugar
