All My Phuket Looks

It took me some time but I did manage to compile all the outfits I wore during our 7 days getaway to Phuket. Everytime you asked me for details on insta I told you that I’ll be sharing all the details on the blog soon so I couldn’t NOT do it! I’ll be sharing brand names with you for all the looks and individual product links where possible as well.

I pride myself on not being an over-packer for trips. I enjoy being a bit low maintenance and a beach vacation anyway means light layers, clothes and just itsy bitsy bikinis to be honest. Not much of a shopper while travelling either – I like spending my money on food, drinks, experiences and having a good time. The only ‘thing’ I bought from Phuket was a sarong because I forgot to carry two on a particular beach day – I double up my cotton sarongs as the sheets that I spread on the sun beds. They are lighter than towels so less load to lug to the beach too! The one I’ve been using for the longest time is actually a very light cotton dupatta I bought from the local block printers in Bagh, Madhya Pradesh while working with them on a college project about 10-11 years back – Boy do I know how to make things last eh!

Being winters here in Delhi I was unable to find any swimwear at any of the stores here and that’s when I discovered the swimwear options available on shein.com
So all the bikinis and swimsuits you see me wearing in this post are all from shein. I won’t deny it – it does come extremely cheap but it is the fastest fashion you’ll find. Quality in my opinion is surprisingly decent. Sizing can be an issue so I would advise you to order one style as your first to see what size fits you the best and base your future orders on that.

Enough about that let’s get you started with all my looks. Hope you enjoy them. I usually go for easy breezy silhouettes and natural light fabrics because that’s what I can find myself surviving the tropical heat in.
