Ch-ch-cherry Pie!

An outfit I wore in Ranikhet – a lovely Sreya Samanta dress in fine Khadi fabric, soft and hand woven, in eco friendly color-fast dyes. I love how she has played with blocks of red in this dress – from far you might almost think that it’s two separate pieces. This one is a mock wrap dress with a belt that you can use to cinch in your waist. The fabric truly is so soft, lovely and light on the skin. And don’t miss the delicate embroidery at the back – that’s my favorite part. Though this is a summer dress, I’m easily getting excited to wear it for fall with a classic camel trench coat over it!

AND in other news, we’ll be off for another season of the Raid-de-Himalaya Motorsport Rally very soon (as officials). I have a lot of work to take care of before I leave so I’m a bit stressed and I haven’t even thought of starting my packing :/ But, nonetheless – I’m super excited. If you don’t know what I’m talking about you can CLICK HERE to see all about the Raid from last year.

Anyway, enough on that, time for you guys to enjoy the pics of my latest outfit! These pics were clicked right outside the Kumaon Villa in Ranikhet during the golden hour (yes you have that in the mountains too incase you were wondering)
