Narendra Bhawan, Bikaner
I have already shared with you the first half of our recent Rajasthan family vacation, that was at Suryagarh in Jaisalmer. After this we drove to Bikaner and spent our time at the chic new property – Narendra Bhawan. It is built around the house of the last reigning Maharaja of Bikaner, His Highness Narendra Singhji and is very centrally located in Bikaner.
We experienced 3 nights of fresh and energized hospitality and were also treated to some beautiful meals at the nearby Laxmi Niwas Palace. We went about exploring a bit of Bikaner one day and also chose to experience the ‘Merchants Trail’ with Narendra Bhawan which is an experience you MUST not miss! Here is the photo-story of our stay at the property. Hope you like it!
Our arrival lunch was at PNC – Pearls n Chiffon, their retro, elegant restaurant flooded with natural light!
Oreo cookie shake (Aman’s obviously!)
Narendra Bhawan also has a resident cutie named Eton who currently chews on whatever he can get because he is teething. What an adorable little monster (almost got a bite off my silk pants once!)
The next day was spent exploring a bit of Bikaner
Lunch was a traditional Rajasthani thali at Laxmi Nivas Palace
The next day we discovered the Merchant’s Trail with Narendra Bhawan, into the beautiful empty lanes and by-lanes where the merchants used to reside. The trail was concluded with authentic Rajasthani cuisine inside a Merchant’s Haveli in the heart of the city! It was magical! We even enjoyed a bit of the trail on horse-drawn carriages.

Thank you so much for the lovely words!
Narendra Bhawan Bikaner has no words to explain, how beautiful the place is. Their services are like ornaments to the palace like property. Every corner is elegantly done and well thought that depicts the royalness and the legacy of Bikaner.
