Golden Girl

It’s a new year with new energy, new limits to explore, new places to visit, new hobbies to be found, exciting projects to work on and hopefully get through this winter cold without turning into a hibernating whale. I did this shoot a while back when I had been invited by the Roseate House, Aerocity, New Delhi to experience their property. This was outside their own in-house theatre where we watched a really really sweet Netflix movie (I don’t recall the name unfortunately, it had Paul Rudd in it). They also serve you wine and snackables during the movie which is actually the best part about it. Lol!

This OLIO dress in golden silk is such a stunner – an easy silhouette with a bare back and the cutest pom-poms to fasten the neckline at the back. I love how shiny-chic it is. You like?

Since I get so many comments on my Instagram profile asking me what lip color or nail color I’m wearing and it’s tough to keep up with all of them, I will try to share my makeup details with each blog post itself as part of the end credits. I was just being lazy about it but from now on you can get the brand and shade details of my makeup with all my blog posts. A small addition but I think a lot of ladies will like it!

Also, I lost a bet so at the end of the post you will find a pic of me that would have otherwise never made it to the blog. Enjoy!

I struggle to wear mustard/yellow coloured outfits because it so easily makes me look washed out with our Indian skin tones. You’ve done it really well here by breaking the colours up and the bright pop of lipstick.

Love your shoes…. N that lip colour is fabulous….
The dress is also great n has this indowestern feel to it… I’d wear it with leggings or palazzo though

  I know! I love the indo-western feel…I’ve been toying with the idea of wearing it to a wedding with the right accessories! Palazzos will look totally awesome with this I think.
