Pit Stop – Bangkok
Sharing a few quick photographs of our time in Bangkok. Since I hurt my knee, my only outing was a trip to Chatuchak Weekend Market because of all the times I had been to BKK before, it was never on a weekend which is why I had never experienced the market before this. And a dinner with Dad’s schoolmate at Chandrphen Restaurant (my second time eating here but it’s soooooo good), the food here is just incredible – local Thai food.
While we were in Bankgkok, I made sure I booked both my airport transfers (to & fro) from my Blacklane App – it’s the most convenient, hassle-free and slick way to book your airport transfers I feel. And another great advantage is that you can even do it through their website if you don’t have the app. Booking can be done a day before your flight, you have to feed in your flight details including your flight number so that the driver can keep a tab on your flight timings incase they change and details of the driver are sent to you much before your pick-up. Since we were a family of 4, I went for a bigger vehicle for our airport transfer in Bangkok to fit all of us including our luggage. And it’s quite fancy because the driver is waiting at the airport with your name on a placard! Very professional drivers and very good English too!

My Versace dress was so well coordinated with the Suvarnabhumi Airport interiors! LOL!
Hope you enjoyed the post!
Thank you Blacklane for taking such good care of us!
