Pluck Restaurant – Pullman New Delhi
I recently visited the newly launched Pullman Hotel in Aerocity, New Delhi to shoot a Burberry look. And while I was there, we were treated to a sumptuous lunch by the lovely team at Pullman at their restaurant – Pluck. The name is such because they have their very own fresh garden from which, ingredients are plucked as per usage. I was floored by how fresh all the dishes were and the plating was an art-form on it’s own. The restaurant itself has light and fresh interiors in mint & peach, lots of white, delicate and modern crockery, plenty of natural light streaming in and an over-all feel-good and relaxed vibe. The attention to detail was absolutely impeccable and I had a wonderful time while I was there. Here are some photographs I clicked during lunch and my day there. Hope you guys like them.
Chef putting the finishing touches with tweezers.
This was a virgin bloody mary sorbet.
The chill-out drink. They haven’t started serving alcohol as yet. That will happen soon enough though.
Parmesan burnt garlic soup with oatmeal strudel.
Light spinach salad, with crispy bacon & mushroom, with blue cheese aioli.
Dark milk chocolate mousse with dark caramel and candied macadamia.
You must also definitely try out the pesto and olive in-house butters. Yes that’s them.
