Crafts Museum – New Delhi
It was my friend Prateeq’s birthday and we just wanted to be out the whole day. Someone had heard good things about Cafe Lota at the Crafts Museum, New Delhi so that’s where we went for lunch after which we walked about the museum soaking some some brilliant winter sun, listening to some live folk music being played. I was feeling too lazy to whip out my camera to take pictures so I clicked everything on my cellphone – the Xiaomi MI4 is what I am using currently and I’m a fan of it’s camera.
After our mid-day stroll at the Crafts Museum, we went to the NGMA (National Gallery of Modern Art) where we had parked our car since the valet and parking conditions at Cafe Lota were non-existent and somewhat disappointing. We caught the extended exhibition of Prabuddha Dasgupta – A Journey at NGMA. For clearly ancient and illogical reasons (we are in India so…), you cannot take pictures or record videos on your cellphone inside the gallery. Which is why I won’t share the couple I took here on the blog but maybe on my Instagram profile.
At Cafe Lota
I didn’t have the dessert- Strawberry gol gappas but my friends found the filling a bit too creamy.
