The Hills

I have actually named this post after the song that I like so much. But yes, the outfit has also been shot in the hills. Kasauli to be precise. Remember? That trip I did to Kasauli, yup that same one. I still have outfits from it so here goes.

Wearing short dresses is not something I usually do in Delhi or infact any major city in India because I tend to feel that my eyes have shifted to my thighs and that can really confuse a human no matter how smart we are as a race. But when I do feel comfortable enough, I like breaking out the few short numbers I have and have fun with them. Like this cute thing. It was the print that actually caught my fancy. So apt for wearing in a lush green setting. And with shoes! The weather was so perfect on this day. It was foggy and misty but still not cold. We sat in the grass for hours (obviously not in this dress, grass can get prickly) and drank beer and ate paranthas, dry aloo ki sabji and raw onions. Bliss.
