Éclat

It was a hot summer afternoon that quickly turned into one of those cool & heavy evenings, a much welcome change in this summer heat. I was meeting up with Naina for a lunch at Latitude Cafe, Khan Market. And by the time lunch was done, there was rain and a cool cool breeze around us – perfect time and weather to click some pictures. On a completely different tangent, it sometimes amazes me that after all the years we have spent being in each other’s lives, we still have things to talk about. One would think we would eventually run out of topics and yet everytime we meet, you can’t shut us up!

Back to my outfit, I wanted to keep it bright, a bit retro and definitely summery. A fabulous mustard tank top with high-waisted pallazos and a what seems like a brilliant neck party going on over there. I have recently stumbled upon Eristona.com that has a whole lot of accessories to offer. Infact, all the accessories that I am wearing in this look are from Eristona. I have layered the 2 necklaces – the choker and the multi-layered statement piece. Only because I couldn’t decide on just one. I had to have them both. And could someone please tell me why people don’t wear choker necklaces anymore? This is bloody amazing!

They have also recently launched a line of scarves in cotton, silk and more materials. I went for this bright summery silk scarf to go with my mustard tank top. I tied it in a slightly unusual way which almost makes it look like an extra layer of clothing.
