Beach Days | Goa

Being back in Delhi, immersed in work takes me back to my time in Goa the moment I have an idle second to myself. This was true bliss. Endless days of sun and salt in the air and sand as vast as the sea itself. I can’t help but smile everytime I think of my days on the beaches of Goa. Where I learnt the art of doing nothing and owned it quite well might I add.

Today I am sharing with you a particularly favorite beach day of mine. We decided to spend the day at Morjim Beach in North Goa. Right at the tip where the beach begins. Before the shacks start appearing, near the nesting site of the Olive Ridley sea turtle. It’s a great spot to spend your days away from the bustle. The evenings do see a surge of people who come to see the sunset but the days are all yours.

Since we had decided to be away from the shacks, we packed up some tid-bits to eat and some Chandon ofcourse. What could be better than sipping on some chilled bubbly with your sandy feet in the salty sea water. Nothing I say! Some fruits, a book, hats, over-sized sunglasses, a white playsuit, a great tan, feta cheese bites, Chandon Brut and lots and lots of ice. THAT was my divine Goan beach day.
