Hand-Painted Goodness | RangRage

I recently came across a very unique website – RangRage.in and was so so fascinated with their product range! While they have a very wide range of products right from home decor to accessories, it was their ‘Apparel’ section that truly caught my fancy. Why? Because ALL their products are painstakingly painted all by hand. Unique and original works of art, each product comes with a story of the artist who painted it and how long it took to complete the paint-work which makes it all so real and interesting.

Recently, I had been looking for printed denims and was excited to see that RangRage even has hand-painted jeans!! Isn’t that just the best way to own the most unique pair of denims EVER?! I have clicked some detail shots of the denims here and you can tell that it’s no easy work! My Hand-painted Tribal Marvel Jeans have an intricate geometric pattern painted all over that took 48 man hours to complete! While I would usually go for a solid tee with such hand-painted jeans, being in Goa has me attracted to all things tropical, so I HAD to have this swan tee too!

There is a certain energy about this outfit, with the colors, the hand-work, the love for art and color almost transfers from the artisan to the person wearing their work. Besides clothes, there are some lovely hand-painted bags on the RangRage website and they also offer bulk/corporate gifting. I reckon hand-painted items would be lovely gifts for anybody! And there is no better feeling of shopping when you know that you are directly supporting artisans and hand-work.
