Folklore | Hermes
As truly said “The spirit of a people finds its most direct, authentic expression in its folklore”. The air was a crisp breeze on this sunny day that I wore the ‘Folklore’ Hermes silk twill giant plume scarf designed by Henri d’Origny to the beach. The scarf belonged to the beach, it’s brilliant colors with Polish imagery and heavy silk sheen.
I wore the scarf as a wrap over my bikini and paired it with solid colored Hermes accessories – A silver & red enamel H Bracelet, the Isthme Buffalo Horn & lacquer earrings in Blue and the exquisite Sac Soie Cool in their iconic scarf print – the Brides de Gala. The Hermes Sac Soie Cool which in French can be translated to the “cool silk bag” is a marriage of silk & leather and is a great casual bag for a beach outing.
