#ProofNotPromises | Contest
Attend a super fun event, walk the ramp with Parineeti Chopra, witness the hilarious Aditi Mittal in action, get hair makeovers and just be fabulous. How, you ask? Take part in the #ProofNotPromises contest. Details later in the blog post.
How many times have you heard beauty products making promises that sound far far away from reality? Lipsticks that are supposed to last 8 hours and even more. I’m just happy when some last me through the 2-3 hours of a party or event I have to be at. Creams that ‘even’ out the skintone. If you have marks, you have marks – there is nothing a cream will be able to do. The list can get longer & longer because there is no dearth of beauty products with tall claims and nothing real to show for it.
And this is exactly what the latest campaign by Pantene India is based on – Proof Not Promises. To deliver realistic results instead of making unreal claims. They even had people share pictures of their #BeautyGraveyard – because lets face it, we all end up buying those beauty products claiming to be gold, eventually find out its all shit and throw them somewhere at the back, collecting junk for atleast a few years when its time to clean it out ‘AGAIN’.
With brand ambassador Parineeti Chopra flagging off this fun campaign, it has gained a lot of mileage because it resonates with everyone on a personal level. 30th September, 2014 will showcase an event which includes a stand up act by noted Stand-up comic Aditi Mittal and a fashion show in which you can walk the ramp with Parineeti herself – The Proof Walk. Stand a chance to be there at this exciting event – takepart part in the contest. Contest details below:

I have personally been using Pantene hair products for decades now. While I am not loyal to any one particular brand, I like to keep changing the products and even trying out new ones (Hello, #BeautyGraveyard Alert), I have personally never had any complaints with Pantene. Your fool-proof drugstore hair care system that will always deliver. I especially love their Intensive Hair Mask. It’s very luscious yet does not weigh down the hair, leaving them super calm and happy.
I apply a dollop of the mask on my entire scalp after I have shampooed & conditioned my hair. The hair are still damp. I keep it on for about 5 minutes before rinsing it off throughly. If you are in the mood for a bit more pampering and time-spending then you can wrap your hair with a hot towel while you have the mask on. The shine that your hair get later on drying is really pretty amazing.
Total damage care and intensive repair. As long as you condition your hair, there will be a huge difference in the hair breakage that happens due to everyday combing and wear and tear.
