{ Tropical Heat Wave }

The heat really does pack a lot of heat when you live in a place like India. Merciless summers where you even think twice before parking your car in direct sunlight. Your skin starts to give up, your soul gave up long before that. Each season we crib and whine, wait for the rains only to curse those when they arrive. I personally prefer the summers to the winters. I’d rather be uncomfortably hot than cold. There’s chilled beer to be had at every bad moment, you can wear dresses, get a sexxay tan and not waste too much time thinking about how you can layer your clothes and still make it look hot.

This Mango dress is quite an old number and I wear it every summer. Its cotton jersey and super comfy. I’m crazy about its print. You have to realize that I bought this dress way before the tropical prints madness had taken over the world. Its kinda special that way. This day was a particularly hot and heavy day with the kind of heat that could make a person loopy but I think I handled it well.

And no, I’m nt trying to push the wall here even though it may seem so. Neither had I had too many beers. I was just trying a different pose I suppose which clearly didn’t work. #BloggerProblems
