Weekend Getaway | Courtyard Gurgaon
Those of you who follow me on Instagram would already know this that I recently went for a little weekend getaway to Courtyard by Marriott, Gurgaon. With no time to actually make a trip outside of Delhi NCR, a hotel stay within the city seemed like the next best option to unwind and chill. Spa-time, pool-time, and room service is always a welcome break from daily life and I planned on doing just that at The Courtyard Gurgaon. It has a kind of perfect location, being smack in the middle of Gurgaon and takes around 30 minutes from South Delhi. Here is a glimpse into my stay at the business hotel. 2 nights of absolutely no responsibility and complete bliss!

The best part about spending the weekend in a hotel – Room service & your own alcohol. My favourites from their in room orders were their chicken wings, pizzas oh and ofcourse breakfast-in-bed!! It always helps when you have alcohol to accompany the food. Saturday night was spent enjoying a bottle of Sparkling Rose by Jacob’s Creek.

The hotel has a single 24 hour restaurant ‘Momo Cafe’ where they have daily buffets and ofcourse À la carte.

If there is one dessert you cannot miss at Momo Café, its their chocolate tart. Its just the right amount of crunch that melts in your mouth with godly chocolatiness. There are no words to describe it really.
The hotel also has ‘Body Nation Spa’ where I got a Balinese massage done for about 90 minutes. My masseuse Kim may look dainty and delicate but man her hands are super powerful! Got a fabulous 15 minutes of dry massage and then a body oil massage that left me wanting to come back every week! Heading to the spa here.

If there is one fragrance that I take with me everywhere these days its Chanel Jersey Extrait de Parfum. Its so tiny and delicate and I can’t seem to get enough of it. Lasts long too. There are times I want to eat my own skin after putting it on!
