#BeYoung | Fiama Di Wills | WIFW

Although its been a while since Wills India Fashion Week (WIFW) wrapped up, it only made sense to do a collective post featuring the amazing people both Naina & I clicked at the venue during the 5 days of fashion week as part of the #BeYoung campaign led by Fiama Di Wills. For all 5 days we went about capturing stylish people who embodied the #BeYoung spirit either in their professions, their charisma, their way of thinking or just the vibe they gave out. It was a hectic 5 days but not a dull moment at any given time. While you may have already seen the outfit posts I did covering what I wore on all days ( Day01, Day02, Day03, Day04, Day05 ), this post is more about the people who are an integral part of fashion week and who make it a stylish fun time to be there.

At the end of the day, we sorted and sifted through our images and selected the best ones. These images were then handed over to the Fiama Di Wills team and they put these up as a slideshow on a giant LCD screen inside the Wills Lifestyle Lounge. It was a great feeling watching people in the lounge stop mid drink, point to their picture on the screen and exclaim in surprise! Everyone wanted to know how they’d ended up on the giant screen!

Besides getting to know all the people you end up clicking, its always fun to observe the style sensibilities of people, how they combine accessories or put together an outfit that you probably would never have thought of by yourself. Its a great source of inspiration, conversation and ofcourse fashion and The Fiama #BeYoung campaign that happens every fashion week enhances those aspects even more. So who knows, the next time you’re around at fashion week, maybe you will se yourself up at the digital Fiama Screen in their lounge while you’re getting yourself a drink at the bar!

Naina and I would like to thank Fiama Di Wills for making us a part of their #BeYoung campaign. It was a fabulous experience & opportunity. We would also like to thank the FDCI for allowing us to run amok – backstage, in the lounges and in the exhibition areas – we had official access yes but without the incredible logistical support of the FDCI, none of this would be possible. And ofcourse Naina, wouldn’t have been able to do this without you.
