Spa Date – { Ishana Nature Spa }
Got another opportunity recently to visit another brand new spa – Ishana Nature Spa at Chattarpur. Visited it on what seemed like the last sunny winter day of the season in New Delhi.
Ishana Nature Spa is more Ayurveda based. For example the massage that I chose to indulge in was a combination of Shiatsu, aromatherapy and even some yoga based stretching. All I wanted to do after getting back home was sleep. I also got a very relaxing head massage done before the body massage. These are the two I decided to get for myself:

Before going in for your massages, they give you a choice of the base massage oils between Rose and Lemon Cinnamon and also ask you to fill up an information card where you can mention any specific medical conditions that you might have.

You are given a refreshing fresh cup of green tea. There is also the option of shopping some fabulous natural beauty products like soaps, shower gels, essential oils, etc at the reception.
