Beauty Stash – { Summer 2013 }

This post is all about the beauty products that were my go-tos for the entire summer of 2013 and still are. I try my best to keep it simple and generally tend to pick up multi-tasking beauty products that can be used quickly and in most places/occasions. Here’s a look at what helped me sail through these summers;
Beauty Stash { Summer 2013 } - Complete
(1) Clinique – All About Shadow Quad 05 ‘On Safari’
This is such a versatile palette! Not too strong or bold for the day-time and gives a subtle demure hint in the evening. A perfect balance of just that little bit of green to make brown eyes pop and subtle gold for instant glimmer. I love how this helps contour the eyes.

(2) Clinique – High Impact Mascara
While this mascara is not as strong as my MAC or the Maybelline colossal, I find it to be perfect as a daytime mascara as it doesn’t weigh the lashes down and almost looks like you are not wearing any. It comes in a tiny bottle and you can take it with you everywhere.

(3) Clinique – All About Eyes Rich
This eye cream is very luxurious and perfect for hydrating and de-puffing the skin around your eyes. And since its ophthalmologist tested, its perfectly safe for your eyes. You can read my complete review of the product HERE.

(4) Clinique – Chubby Stick 03 ‘Mightiest Maraschino’
I must say I got onto the ‘chubby-stick’ wagon quite late but I’m glad I did! This product is ideal for travelling. Provides more than average color to your lips, doesn’t dry out the lips like a lipstick would over time and is nowhere as sticky and slimy as lip-glosses are. Perfectly in the middle and very easy to use. Even easier to remove. Super hydrating as well. And this red is such a fun bright red!

(5) Crabtree & Evelyn – Pomegranate, Argan & Grapeseed Hand-Cream
I have been a huge fan of the Crabtree & Evelyn Hand Creams for quite a while now. They come in travel-easy packaging, the tubes make it very easy to take out just the amount of cream you need and these are very very hydrating. Since the tubes are so easy to carry and use you do tend to use the product more often than you need and are prone to get addicted to this stuff. Smells divine too!

(6) Forest Essentials – Ultra Rich Body Lotion – Indian Rose Absolute
I think everyone who uses forest Essential’s products once can never really go back. This lotion is so smooth and gets absorbed very gently into the skin. The fragrance is quite uplifting and you will love it if you like roses. The main advantage – All Natural Ingredients.

(7) L’Occitane – Sublime Beauty Cream – #BBCream
If you follow my blog regularly you already know that I’m in love with this bb cream. Its literally my favourite product of all summer mainly because of its versatility. This right here should be your number one travel product if you like to keep things light and natural while travelling. Read my complete review HERE.
(8) Vichy – NormaDerm NUIT – Chrono-Active Anti-Imperfection Care
I have been using this night cream for a few years now and it really has stood by me. I started using this when I had really bad acne. I used to apply it every night before going to bed but have reduced it now. Its non-comedogenic so you don’t have to worry about your pores getting clogged. Initially you might get put off because it seems to be greasy but that does not flare up the acne. It has also helped in reducing the size of my pores over time. Love this stuff.
