{ Stylaned } – A Breath of Good Earth

Its more about the experience than the store. Its a Ryan Gosling version of your house, the house you’d want your house to look like & be. The house you’d not want to leave. EVER. Its Good Earth, the Khan Market Store, New Delhi.
From the moment you walk into it to the moment you leave all you can think of is ‘Ooh I want that’ & ‘Ooh that will be so awesome in the house’ and maybe if you are a bit vocal then you’ll actually say all that out loud and seem like a basket-case, like me.

Their flower arragements are simply to-die-for. From the day of the shoot I have been daydreaming of big supple flowers and how & where I can inject them into my house’s interiors. Same goes for the wall papers to the lamp shades.

The dainty crockery has beautiful cups, saucers, plates and what-not. Each new one as collectible as the previous one. Ranging from pretty floral cups with quotes by Rumi on them to quirky one with sketches of Royal Enfield bikes, there are products for the new-age kid to an old soul and everyone in between.

Then onto my favourite section of the store – Bath & Well-Being
Soaps in wrapping that any graphic & packaging crazed person like me could keep staring at for longer than usual. Essential oils in heaps, there is so much to choose from.

Upstairs is the Apparel, Home furnishings & a tiny section of some lovely Jewelry. All from color crazy to neutrals. And then onto the Good Earth Cafe – Latitude. Ate a super tomatoes, mozarella & basil salad followed by a orange & dates chocolate pudding which is an absolute must if you go there.

In all the variety of home products available at Good Earth, all of it somehow just comes together like a very well connected story.
